By now I'm sure lots have had contact with Seamus McMann. I also recommend finding him on Google+ and adding him to a circle because he's been posting stuff that is shared privately. The gist of my email is:
I'm talking popular music. As a guy who has been around the block one or two thousand times I might be a little out of touch with the music scene for the last 20-30 years. The suspect is allegedly coming into town soon and is somehow connected to the acts playing this weekend in Providence. Anything you can tell me about where particular bands may stay, hang out, or eat might be helpful as well. Then on Google+ he commented:
Lisa, Thanks for your offer to help. I need eyes on the ground or more accurately on the internets to help track down a suspect who is coming into town with one of the bands playing this weekend. Do your thing and get me the names and addresses of places where musicians may hang out and also where backroom or house card games might be happening.

The first thing that comes up for me is the Twin River Casino just up the road in Lincoln. Not sure if that is provincial enough though. Seems to be a lot of nightlife centered around the University of Rhode Island Providence campus though, just off the river.

We were considering the Mohegan Sun Casino because it has a band called Carbon Leaf playing but it's an hour outside Providence and Seamus specifically said IN Providence.

Seamus also posted: <<SOMETIMES I FORGet that you all might be new to this line of work. When you're looking for those places our suspect hangs out or might stay or drink or whatever my advice. Is know your mark. If they're from a particular city or country where would they feel most at home drinking or letting loose.
Think like your mark. Words of wisdom from your Uncle Seamus. >>
So we need to know who the mark is so we know where he is from

So further to earlier discussions on thread #16 on WB I followed a train of thought and messaged this to Seamus, still awaiting a reply though and Lucian pointed out that the venue is actually in Conneticut but thought I'd post it here for the record...
further to our team's investigations we have uncovered a particularly suspicious looking group of musicians who may be of interest to your own investigation.
We would like to draw your attention to the group 'Carbon Leaf' playing at the Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun Casino this evening.
We feel this is of particular interest due to the name of the band (Leaf being a significant marker in previous cases) and also that a casino would be a perfect place to play a game of cards after a gig.
Also, and this may be a very vague connection, it is worth noting that given the Lovecraftian connections with previous investigations linked to Mr Constantine, there is a possible link between the venue's name (Wolf Den) and the entity named as Ngirrth’lu.
Described as The Wolf-Thing, The Stalker in the Snows, He Who Hunts and a ferocious and towering wolf-like humanoid with bat wings, Ngirrth’lu may be worth keeping in your note book for reference even if it does not pertain to this particular investigation.
I hope this information is of help to you and please keep us informed of your own discoveries.

Seamus also said: I don't know that yet. I'm tracking the a few leads in or around the casinos, but our mark is a poker player. That much our mutual friend did share.

ZZ Top is playing at Twin River Casino. Band member Billy Gibbons is a known poker player.

Hey, so I found the Facebook Group, great work all over there. I'd like to join, I think I made a request yesterday. Eric Jennings is my real name. Saw I was mentioned in the comments and would love to be able to share over there! And I agree with the Carbon LEAF... I keep forgetting to think about LEAVES.

Aahhh Eric - I think we had you down as a fake profile! Yeah, Justine Schneider has the keys to the backers forum so if you message her she should get back to you later. I am going to try and make a conscious effort to post anything significant on here in the mean time but it is a bit of a team effort over at the Wayward Backer. At the moment we are also concentrating on Billy Gibbons and ZZ Top at The Twin River Casino but so far no 'bing' moment.

This is from Seamus regarding my informing him of ZZ Top: I'm on it. I'll tail our suspect and let you know what I turn up. It might be tomorrow before I can get back to you. You know what stakeouts are all about right?

And on the Carbon Leaf thing (which seems to be a dead end but thought I'd post anyway) reply from Seamus:
"I have a friend who works the Wolf's Den. I can ask her to look into anything suspicious. I got a another lead that we're looking for someone playing one of the bigger venues. Coming from Providence originally I'm familiar with Lovecraft and his fairy tales. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks."

I've sent Seamus a list of likely hangouts in the area of the Twin River, along with one solid lead that hosts card league games; he's following up on them this morning. We should also be seeing a sketch of the stolen item later today.
